Director Derick Thomas, is steadily cutting a path to Hollywood’s door step. With a host of titles building his name, he is allowing his work to speak for itself. His first directorial feature, “Charm City” was selected as “Best Feature Film” at the Urban Media makers Film Festival. Thomas followed up with another urban drama titled “4 Life” with the cast members from HBO’s urban series “The Wire”. Thomas’ work has received world wide distribution deals from Vivendi, Ventura Distribution and Koch Entertainment. To say the least Thomas’ star is rising, a director to watch for in years to come.

This exceptional artist and designer has proven to be an artistic force to be reckoned with. Lewis is a graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts and alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University. Lewis realized, as an eager student at Duke Ellington, that he had more than a knack for conceptual design. As an ardent study, Lewis developed a keen eye for detail. He went on to continue his training as Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Communications Arts and Design; there, he committed to becoming one of the best in

His field, a fact that is evident in his work to date.

Lewis has worked for Hardgrove Decorating Corporation and The Phillips Collection, located in Washington, DC; and is currently a creative counselor at PSI Services, for the mentally and physically disabled. His client list consist of: National Geographic; Keith Sweat singer/artist and entrepreneur and acclaimed restaurant club owner the INDUSTRY in Atlanta, GA; Reggie Williams Former NBA Denver Nuggets basketball player/restaurant owner of Reggie’s Sportz Kafe in Bowie, MD and actor Christopher Williams of Living Single Television series.

Russell Lewis
This young artist has had his work circulated from California and throughout the east coast. After graduation from Duke Ellington School of the Arts Washington, DC he attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia and received his BFA degree. Derrick began working as a museum curator for an intercity cultural center known as the 8 Rock Gallery located in southeast Washington, DC. In addition Derrick has also instructed art at various District of Columbia Public Schools. His freelance work has been praised and well received from being commissioned to do

several murals to creating posters for clients including the Washington Capital jazzfest the R&B Starfest 97 and other promotional events.
