Actor, Music Producer. Born in New York of Puerto Rican descent. Spent two years at Daemen College in New York. Star moved to Baltimore, where he produces music for artists nationally. Performing in school plays sparked his interest in acting, but the realization came when he began performing in music videos. Star realized that he enjoyed being in front of the camera, experiencing other characters. Though not new to the entertainment industry, Star is relatively new to acting in a major role. Star made his acting debut, when he was cast as a lead role, in Charm City, an independent dramatic series, directed by Derick Thomas. Star hopes that this role will be a breakthrough for him, placing him in the spotlight and give him exposure that will lead to further success. Star believes he is already reaping the benefits, as he has already received two scripts for consideration, since his performance in Charm City. Being a part of Charm City and getting the opportunity to act is “fulfilling a dream” for Star, and he intends to use every role as a learning experience to become better at his skill. Star’s approach to acting is to be “focus on the part at hand and become the character he is playing”. Star hopes to bring his unique interpretation to every role, and he hopes to gain an abundance of experience by doing more films.
