_DA VISION PICTURES_, its agents, licensee, successors from any or all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of the rights granted hereunder or the exercise thereof.

I authorize DA VISION PICTURES to use my music and/or score in this film/television series in perpetuity throughout the known universe in any mediums extant or later invented.
