Synopsis

For Jay, Rodey and Sean, redemption does not come easy. Charm City opens to find the three friends going in different directions. Jay, recovering from his heartbreak is concentrating on his entrepreneurial endeavor by opening another night club. Sean, battling his own demons, descends in a fog of drug addiction. Rodey, tempted by fast cars and money returns to the streets, unable to break away from the drug dealing culture that has infected him.

Based on faulty assumptions and innuendos, Cheryl, Rodey’s wife is kidnapped and held for ransom by a street gang, in an act of retaliation and personal vendetta against Rodey. Strapped for cash and desperate to come up with the money to free his wife, Rodey seeks the help of his two friends. The three are again forced to break the law, concocting a daring and desperate scheme ( robbery) to acquire the money . This time their friendship is put to the test.? Can Sean dig himself out of his drug induced haze to help Rodey? Will Jay want to go back to the streets?

Their first task is to find out who is behind the kidnapping. The usual suspects include Ox, A notorious drug dealer and pimp extraordinaire, already in the crosshair of the local cops. The Tender Trios, a local gang from east Baltimore or is it Tweek, the Lolita type runaway, traveling down the path of self destruction and degradation.

Can the three again outwit the streets to save Cheryl and themselves?
